Your Vote is Your VOICE!

We need your help to strengthen our democracy! Participating in Kids Voting Arizona can do that. We must all be an active part of our governmental process, so VOTE in each election with Kids Voting and continue practicing responsible citizenship when you reach 18 and register.

• The Commission on Presidential Debates - you can access additional online debate activities from the educational resources tab. You can forward your feedback to the CPD.

• Project Vote Smart - has issue-oriented candidate information and youth voting surveys. This is an excellent site for understanding candidates' position on issues.

• Rock the Vote - has teen-friendly info with exciting graphics, designed to get the vote out among young people.

• Scholastic - has an Election site with kids covering campaign news, quizzes and ballots for kids, and other election information aimed a young audience.

• The League of Women Voters' Democracy Net - is a great public interest site for election information. Enter your zip code to find out who's running for offices on your ballot and where the candidates stand on the issues you care about.

• The Freedom Channel - has a classroom section that answers frequently asked questions about voting, democracy and politics.

• PBS Democracy Project - You can be President for a day, or see how democracy affects you.

• Arizona Secretary of State's Kid's Page. - learn about some of our state's history symbols and what the Secretary of State does (hint - it involved elections!).
